Project Highlights

My role in this project was UI designer. Intuit Quicken wanted to update their “Contact Us” page. The client provided the content and functional requirements for the project. The goal was to improve the functionality of the primary form and provide options for users to get answers to their questions without using the contact form. The challenge was to keep the hierarchy obvious, and the alternative components clear and uncluttered. Multiple designs were provided to the client.

  • Simplify the page — more white space and less copy
  • Split the form into two steps, clearly delineated as #1 and #2
  • Separate the primary form section on the page from the alternative elements
  • Accent each element on the page with an icon and strong, clear title
  • Limit the content displayed the alternative options – provide full content only when the user engages with that option
  • Provide client with UX/UI alternative design
